- 6 tbsp butter softened
- 4 tbsp confectioners sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp thickcream
- 225 gm flour
- 2 tbsp drinking chocolate
- mix the flour , confectioners sugar and drinking chocolate.
- In a separate bowl blend the butter,thick cream and egg.
- pour the dry ingredients over the wet and mix with a fork.
- bring the mixture to a ball and turn it onto a lightly floured surface.
- roll and cut into desired shapes.
- bake in a preheated oven for 18 minutes aT 180 degrees.
