Mafaza’s Chocolate sugar cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter softened
  • 4 tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp thickcream
  • 225 gm flour
  • 2 tbsp drinking chocolate

Method

  1. mix the flour , confectioners sugar and drinking chocolate.
  2. In a separate bowl blend the butter,thick cream and egg.
  3. pour the dry ingredients over the wet and mix with a fork.
  4. bring the mixture to a ball and turn it onto a lightly floured surface.
  5. roll and cut into desired shapes.
  6. bake in a preheated oven for 18 minutes aT 180 degrees.
